The Mesopotamian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare (MJAIH) is an international, double-blind, peer-reviewed open-access journal. The journal follows a continuous publication model, meaning accepted papers are published online promptly after editorial acceptance and production, ensuring timely dissemination of research findings.

All articles are published in English under a CC BY 4.0 license, with authors retaining copyright, making research freely accessible for broader impact.

MJAIH is dedicated to advancing the theory, methods, and real-world applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare. The journal welcomes Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, Mini Reviews, and Editorials that deliver innovative methodologies, clinically meaningful insights, and responsible AI practices across healthcare contexts.

The journal is indexed in Scopus and ROAD. We strive for an efficient publication process, with an average review time of 40 days from submission to first decision and an average acceptance-to-publication time of 2–3 weeks.
