The Mesopotamian Journal of CyberSecurity (MJCS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access publication dedicated to advancing knowledge and research in cybersecurity, information assurance, data privacy, and digital forensics. Its purpose is to publish high-quality research and developments that contribute to the protection of digital systems, enhancement of cyber defense mechanisms, and advancement of secure information technologies across academic and industrial sectors.

Journal History
The Mesopotamian Journal of CyberSecurity (MJCS) was established in 2021 under the Mesopotamian Academic Press (MAP), Iraq. From its inception, the journal has been devoted to promoting cybersecurity awareness and disseminating peer-reviewed research in emerging areas such as cyber defense, cryptography, and ethical hacking. In 2023, MJCS achieved a significant milestone when it was officially indexed in Scopus, marking its recognition among reputable international scientific publications. Since then, the journal has continued to expand its editorial board and global outreach, attracting submissions from leading experts and researchers in academia and industry.
Publishing Schedule
The Mesopotamian Journal of CyberSecurity publishes one issue per year, following an incremental publication model. Articles are published online continuously throughout the year as soon as they are accepted and finalized, ensuring timely dissemination of new research findings.
